Community Engagement

Community engagement initiatives are tailor made for your event to identify and address patron behaviour and culture of experience, and identify and focus on key messages that help mitigate the associated risks involved in gatherings of large groups of people.

Such focuses may include the promotion of your events community values, waste procedures, harm reduction practices and awareness and escalation of emergency procedures to better assist emergency management.

By recruiting local community members and offering training on emergency management procedures, escalation protocol and an induction into the program, we provide opportunity for those selected to represent their community and provide greater exposure to direct contact between site services and patrons by means of peer education.
